Wendy has over 30 years’ experience as an agricultural business consultant.
She is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping farming businesses identify opportunities to grow and succeed.
Wendy is highly skilled at analysing business performance and producing meaningful benchmarking information, enabling her to develop practical action plans tailored to each business.
With extensive experience in joint ventures and succession planning, Wendy works confidently with both new entrants and established farming families preparing for the future.
She has comprehensive knowledge of support schemes including the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS), Water Pollution Regulations and wider Welsh Government legislation.
Wendy also provides expert guidance on farm assurance, crop records and livestock record keeping.
She prepares management accounts and bookkeeping for a wide range of regular farming clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
As both an agricultural consultant and the wife of a farmer, Wendy has a strong understanding of the day-to-day realities of farming and is committed to supporting Welsh farming businesses.
