Marged graduated from Gelli Aur with a BSc in Agriculture  in July 2019. She  previously worked for Farming Connect and FUW Ceredigion, before joining CARA in November 2016. Her role includes farm management accounts and book keeping, and she has also recently qualified as a FACTS advisor and will now be able to formulate Nutrient Management plans for farm businesses.

During the early part of 2020, Marged spent several months working on a large dairy/beef/sheep station on North Island , New Zealand as part of  a NFYFC/C Alma Baker funded programme.
